This makes three

Papoosie Girl has lost another tooth, I know riveting blog reading. I have no idea why I find this so distressing, just as much as the first two. You wait and watch for those first teeth for months. Any cranky behaviour or lost sleep is accredited to those incoming teeth, "it must be her teeth" you exclaim over and over.

Then then get bigger and they fall out. Just like that it is all over. Kind of like childhood. Pardon me while I puddle on the floor.

Ack! I know how you're feeling -- you kinda remember when they all came in the first time ... and now it's gone.

On the bright side, once the big girl teeth come in, they'll be much too large for her head, and, paradoxically, she would

[whoops]

she would look younger.

Poor poor Jen. DangerBoy lost his first tooth at age 2 (stoopid gravity) and now we are on tenderhooks waiting to see if the adult tooth will even form or if he'll need a chiclet or a set of grills.

Get out the money, tooth fairy

What a beautiful girl!
My daughter has been losing teeth for so long now that I don't think about what it means anymore - although her giant Chicklet teeth do amuse me a bit.

Oh, yes, I will feel exactly the same way. And seeing my nephews new adult teeth that look SO HUGE in his 9 year-old mouth...weirds me out a bit.

I'm distracted by the gorgeous pink walls and border...oh, sorry - what were you saying???

Cute picture. Sorry that it's distressing, I suppose it's one more milestone that marks a growing child. I cannot imagine!
